I have received a copy and have read the attached Big Boquillas Ranch Rules governing access to the Big Boquillas Ranch property and agree to abide by them.  All rules and regulations must be followed and are strictly enforced.  I understand that if I fail to comply with these rules, my permit will be revoked at least for the remainder of the season and possibly permanently revoked. I understand that these rules are reviewed annually and may be changed. All changes to Big Boquillas Ranch Rules are effective immediately upon their posting on the website. I agree to be liable for all damages either I or any minor accompanying me causes. I understand I am subject to being prosecuted for both civil and criminal offenses I am involved in committing.

I have received a copy and have read the attached BIG BOQUILLAS RANCH LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS.  I agree to all terms in the Release and Assumption of Risks which I signed.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Fill out the Access Use section below.  Print  2 copies of this permit: Original – To be kept by the Permit Holder on his person at all times while on Big Boquillas Ranch; Copy  – To be kept as a Vehicle ID, clearly visible on the dashboard of the Vehicle listed below

The Guides and outfitters permit can only be purchased from the Director of Hunting Operations-Hunt Manager. You will be limited to two guides for each contracted hunter. Each outfitter and or guide must purchase their own individual permit. Any camp employee such as cook’s etc will have to purchase a hunter assist permit, but will at no time be allowed to assist the hunter in scouting or hunting on the ranch.

Special permit hunters (raffle or auction tags) will have access to the ranch only during the regular open access periods same as other general season Recreational Users and Guides. This access time period is stated and designated in the ranch rules #9 and #10. If the special permit hunter contracts an outfitter or guide they must provide an original letter designating who the guides and outfitter are. Guides and outfitters will adhere to the same rules as general hunts with one exception. 1. The special permit hunter must designate two individual guides by name for the duration of his season. 

To be allowed to enter the ranch a guide or outfitter must have a hunter contracted for a hunt number that lies within the boundary of the Big Boquillas Ranch. You are required to sign in at a designated access point when you enter the ranch, and you are required to sign out at a designated access point, when you exit the ranch. You are required to exit the ranch within 48 hours after the permitted hunt # that you are guiding a hunter in closes.
