UTRA Hacks 2026 - Volunteer Interest Form

Welcome to UTRA HACKS 2026!

We’re thrilled to announce that UTRA HACKS is back for 2026, in partnership with the UofT Robotics Institute! This year’s hackathon will be an unforgettable full-weekend event, taking place on January 31st - February 1st, across two nights of innovation, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Whether you're a seasoned hacker, a robotics enthusiast, or new to hackathons, UTRA HACKS is designed to bring out the best in everyone. We encourage participants from all backgrounds, including non-technical fields, to join us in exploring new skills and interests!

This form is to express interest in being a VOLUNTEER.

As a volunteer you will be expected to supervise hackers, assist with registration and distribution, and help keep the event on schedule! Training will be provided to you beforehand with both in-person and online options. Please help us make UTRA Hacks a fun and safe event for everyone :)

Important Note on Sleeping Arrangements

If you do not have personal sleeping accommodations for the weekend, be prepared to stay on campus in one of the designated engineering buildings overnight. Please remember to bring anything that will make your stay comfortable, like a sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, or other personal supplies. We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience and can recharge for a full weekend of hacking!

We can't wait to see you there! If you have any questions, please reach out at  hackathon.recruitment@utra.skule.ca!
