ATTENTION: ALL SPACES FOR THE 2024 FAIR HAVE BEEN BOOKED AS OF 3/2/24. ANY APPLICATIONS RECIEVED AFTER TODAY WILL BE WAITLISTED. IF ANY VENDORS DROP OUT, OR FAIL TO PAY, VENDORS WILL BE MOVED UP FROM THE WAITLIST ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS- EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF FILLED CATEGORIES.

*The Bayonne Hometown Fair Association will submit your information to the City of Bayonne prior to the event. The Health Department will require additional information and permits for safe food handling. ALL Food/Food Truck Vendors MUST be prepared for a Health and/or Fire Inspection prior to the Fair opening.

$150: Small Music Sponsor (small Music Stage display)

$250: Large Music Sponsor (large Music Stage display)

$500: Bronze Sponsor (vendor space & recognition on Fairgrounds)

$1,000: Silver Sponsor (vendor space & large recognition on Fairgrounds)

$2,500: Gold Sponsor (vendor space & even larger recognition on Fairgrounds + Community Stage display & social media mention)

$5,000: Platinum Sponsor (vendor space & largest recognition on Fairgrounds + Community & Music Stage displays, social media & Opening Ceremony announcement with the Mayor & throughout the Fair)

$7,500: Ferris Wheel Sponsor (Recognition on Ferris Wheel + Music Stage display, social media & Opening Ceremony announcement with the Mayor & throughout the Fair)

Tent Weights

I will bring my own tent weights (20 lb per tent leg; legitimate weights: no water jugs, gym equipment, etc.)

Invoicing

Invoices will be sent out for payment once completed forms are received and reviewed.

Important: Receipt of invoices are due 30 days after it is received. If payment is not received, you run the risk of losing your spot at the 2024 Fair.

Vendor Placement

All spaces are pre-assigned. Location numbers will be provided at check-in.

Hold Harmless

Should an accident occur caused by the exhibitor's display, product, or debris left by the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be held liable.

By applying to be a vendor and/or sponsor at the Bayonne Hometown Fair, you agree to save and hold harmless The Bayonne Hometown Fair Association and the City of Bayonne, its management, agents, employees, and sponsors from any liability resulting from such accident.

Important Vendor Information & Guidelines:

Weather:

The Hometown Fair will be held RAIN or SHINE. By submitting this application, you accept that this event will occur rain or shine.

You also accept any liability due to possible changes in the weather. You agree that, if the weather becomes inclement (e.g., rain, snow, sleet, wind, etc.) at any time during the day, no rain date will be scheduled and no refunds issued.

Again, the Fair will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued.

Supplies:

No water or electricity will be provided.

You must supply YOUR OWN tables, tents, displays, chairs, generators, etc. Only an empty space will be provided.

Our goal is to put on a fun and professional event, and we appreciate your assistance and cooperation. Table must be draped with cloth and no boxes can be visible. All items for sale must be neatly arranged. If your display is untidy, you may be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Attendance:

If you choose not to attend after providing payment, you will not receive a refund. Please ensure you are available to attend the event.
