2023-2024 Student Forum Participation Form
Please complete the form below concerning participation in the Intermediate Unit 1 (IU1) Student Forum for the 2023-2024 school year. The form must be completed no later than Friday, September 22, 2023.

The first IU1 Student Forum meeting is on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, at IU1 Central Office.

Schools may bring up to 8 students (max), one group per school.   

Please email your student names (ALL student names even if they will be rotating meetings) to Sarah D'Urzo, sarah.durzo@iu1.org, by Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
