This free event is open to the public and will focus on providing resources, services, and employment/educational opportunities to everyone in our community, especially the families, individuals and US Military Veterans we serve. With this in mind, we ask that organizations bring materials relating to opportunities or resources they provide to the community for approximately 500 attendees.

EVENT DETAILS:*The event will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Conference Center at Columbus State Community College, 315 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43215.*Organizations are expected to have a representative present at their table during the entire event from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.*Set Up Time: Organizations must be set up and ready to go by 10:15 a.m. the day of the event. Those organizations requiring Wi-Fi and/or electric for their displays will need to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m.*Displays: Each organization will receive a 6'x10' display area that includes one table and two chairs. We ask that each organization provides its own table covering.*Lunch will not be provided, however there are many on-campus options to purchase food. You may also bring your own personal lunch (no outside deliveries). If your organization would like to sponsor snacks, please let us know.*The 2017 Empowerment Day Resource & Job Fair is brought to you by Franklin County CSEA, Columbus State Community College, and many other outstanding organizations.
