Request to add an Event to USAWE Calendar Form
USAWE is happy to help publicize events that might be of interest to our members. Such events include clinics, events, practice days, schooling shows and licensed competitions with a connection to USA Working Equitation (using USAWE licensed officials, Coaches, Affiliate Organizations and/or WAWE officials).

Important:  The USAWE.org website calendar is for posting licensed shows approved by the Competitions Committee and for events hosted by current USAWE members, USAWE Committees and current Affiliate Organizations that use recognized USAWE Coaches, accredited USAWE Licensed Officials and WAWE officials. Please contact info@usawe.org if you have any questions about whether your event is eligible to be posted on the calendar.

Please provide as much information as you can so that we can add your event to our calendar on usawe.org, then email info@usawe.org with a jpg photo for the event. Thank you.

Note: Licensed shows are added by the Competitions Committee after a Competition Licensing Request Form has been reviewed and approved.  Please submit a Competition Licensing Request Form located on the Competitions > Competition Resources page.
