Vendors are required to bring their own table coverings and or display items. Cash float as there is No ATM on site. To provide their own sanitizing product as we will not be proving for each vendor. Have wireless purchasing machines fully charged. *

Terms & Conditions: I hereby agreed that the undersigned will abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement to be a Vendor at the Authentically Indigenous Craft Show.This Contract is issued between the artist and Authentically Indigenous Craft Show, effective date OCT 2st 2020. This contract is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement between the parties and is made a part thereof. Any term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this contract and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this contract shall govern and prevail. A) The Vendor is responsible for security of display and contents at the event. The event will assume no liability for theft or loss of any kind. B) The Vendor will agree that the attendee information will be held in strict confidence for its own use and will not be rented, sold or otherwise disclosed to others. The Vendor will cooperate in making its service effective. C) The Vendor agrees that display will remain intact until close of show at 5:00 pm on day of the event. D) The Vendor agrees to pay all contracted and requested services to Authentically Indigenous and to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the event and venue in which the event takes place. Vendor Booth payments are Non-Refundable. Full payment must accompany the contract in order for Vendor to set-up. All process in Canadian currency. E) Authentically Indigenous Craft Show shall not be liable for any delay in or cessation of the events of the services here under which are the result of conditions beyond reasonable control. F) Verbal agreements of any kind shall not alter or vary the terms of this contract. G) ****No Table Sharing**** Under no circumstances can a booth by sublet, shared or sold by a Vendor. H) Only ONE business allowed per booth space. adn ONE artisan at the booth at a time . we ask you to not have a helper at the table with you as we will have volunteers available to assist if you need a smoke or bathroom break. I) Exhibitors agree to be solely responsible to acquiring all permits and licenses required for the sale and/or promotion of their products or services. J) Exhibitors hereby and agree to observe and adhere to all provincial and city bylaws pertaining to but not limited to fire, health, safety, food handling and accept sole responsibility for any fines or loss of revenue due to any violation. K) All artisans agree to abide by ALL COVID 19 requirements - Wear masks at all times, have own sanitizer available at their booth for the public ect. *
