Potential Sites for 2022-2023 In-Person Home Base Meet Ups

As the Digital Teaching & Learning team makes travel plans to provide support and services to the field, we are seeking locations to host the following two sets of face-to-face Home Base Meet Ups:
- September 26-29, 2022
- May 1-4, 2023

Please review our needs for September 26-29, 2022 and May 1-4, 2023 events below:
- Access to the building from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on the day of the event
- Large room that seats 125 with a projector and screen or panels
- Accessible parking for 125
- 3 additional breakout rooms with a projector and screen or a panel
- Robust wireless with adequate capacity for at least 250 devices
- Simply configured guest login to the wireless network

If you are willing to host one or more of our events, have the space, and it is available for the dates indicated, please complete this form by July 29, 2022.

Confirmations should be made by August 5, 2022.
