Applications are event/date specific for the above mentioned date only.
Applications must be filled out each time for every new date/show.
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
This application is for Saturday, February 10th (from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.) at Austin Beerworks (10300 Springdale Rd.)
Applications must be filled out by each vendor. If you want to share a space with another vendor, make note of that in the "Additional Information" space.
Each vendor must fill out their own application.
There is a $10 fee per vendor for splitting a booth.
Priority booth placement will be given to AAPI vendors for this special celebration of the Lunar New Year.
Artist applications due January 5th, 2024 by 5:00pm. Acceptance/Denial notices will be sent by January 9th
The application will remain open after the deadline until spaces are filled.
Back up Applications will be accepted after an event is full.
If a space opens and you are accepted into the show, the booth fee payment will be required within 24 hours of billing.
All booths are small indoor spaces and awning covered outdoor spaces or outdoor 10x10 or 8x8 spaces.
There are a very limited number of indoor and awning covered booths and your flexibility in booth size is appreciated
Booths are $50-$55.

Payments not received in that timeframe are subject to booth cancellation.
Pictures of your booth set up/display are required to participate in the Austin Flea if you have not vended with us in 2024.
