Citizens Advice Bureau Te Awamutu is about helping people to know and understand their rights and obligations, how to use this information to help themselves to get the best outcomes, providing people with the confidence and support they need to take action and working for positive social change within communities and wider society.

Volunteers are the life-blood of the CAB and volunteerism is a valued principle under which we work.

Once we receive your completed form our Recruitment Officer will contact you to arrange a time for you to visit the bureau, meet a few of our volunteers, observe what we do and discuss the training process and set up an interview time.
