This form will be closing on Friday 3rd January, 2025 at 5pm. Strictly no late requests will be allowed as the site map will be getting finalised.
- Most club marquees will be located at the back of the centre, on both grassed and concreted areas.
- Tent pegs are strictly NOT allowed. All marquees will still be required to be secure - this is your club's responsibility to provide weights. Taps are available to use water jugs for weights.
- Marquees can be assembled from 3pm - 7pm on Friday 17th January. Strictly no clubs are allowed in early to erect tents as we need clear access to bring in necessary meet infrastructure.
- No cars are allowed to drive on site. Marquees can be dropped at the entrance gate.
- Each club area will be clearly marked.
- All clubs may not get their request approved. We have very limited area for club marquees. Approval is based on how much room we have in the grounds, grandstand seating allocation for your club and the number of your club swimmers attending.
