2021 SURVEY OF AMERICANS ABROAD AND U.S. GOVERNMENT PANDEMIC AID
This Democrats Abroad research project will investigate and report on the experience of U.S. citizens living abroad in accessing pandemic aid to individuals known as Stimulus Payments or Economic Impact Payments, provided by the U.S. Government in the:

1. March 2020 CARES Act - up to $1,200 per eligible individual
2. December 2020 COVID Supplemental Appropriations Act - up to $600 per eligible individual
3. March 2021 American Rescue Plan Act - up to $1,400 per eligible individual

Democrats Abroad published research on Americans Abroad and the CARES Act pandemic programs, including stimulus payments, student aid and aid to businesses (the Paycheck Protection Program), in October 2020. Download it at: bit.ly/CARESActandAmericansAbroad
