Workshop Request Form
Please read prior to filling out the form:
Please note: this form is for schools, youth/homeschool groups, kids organizations, etc. with a minimum group size of 5 youth.
If you are a parent looking for programs for your child/children, please do not fill out this form as we cannot provide private workshops. Instead, please head to our website to check out the clubs and camps we have on offer or ask your child’s teacher to check us out!

We are currently booking for the 2025/2026 school year! We currently have availability in:
2026: March, April, May and June

Whenever possible, please fill out one form per school/organization.

A large portion of our funding comes from Actuaone of Canada’s leading science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) youth outreach organizations, as well as the Government of Canada's Strategic Science Fund. It is because of this funding we are able to provide all of our workshops free of charge from September until August 2026.

If your school/organization has a pre-set master/on-site agreement (Schedule B/C) made in collaboration with the University of Calgary, we require this to be filled out and signed before we can provide any of our workshops. We will provide the documentation for this.
If your school/organization does not have an master/on-site agreement with the University of Calgary (we will notify you if this is the case), the parent/guardian of each participant must fill out and sign the University of Calgary's general youth informed consent before we can provide any of our workshops to your students.
We will send you the appropriate form for your circumstance during the booking process.
