Volunteering occurs at the Caldwell Public Library's Temporary Space until further notice. Volunteering will be paused when we begin to move to our new, permanent location and then restart once we re-open.
THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THE TEEN INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING, NOT THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN.
ALL teens planning to volunteering during the 2025-2026 school year must fill out this form whether a new volunteer, returning volunteer, or continuing in the program.
