✅As outlined when you joined in your membership agreement, all cancellation requests are submitted via this form 14 days prior to cancellation date. Please note if your next scheduled payment is within this time period it will run as initially scheduled upon joining. You have access to classes until the last date the final payment covers. 

✅ Any unused classes from prior payment periods can be caught up while your membership is valid. This is forfeited once your membership with us is cancelled.
