Fairfield County is creating a strategic plan to guide County Government’s efforts and investments over the next 5-10 years, including a two-year action plan. County Council has identified four focus areas for the two-year action plan: infrastructure; public services and safety; business growth and attraction; and housing. This survey is an opportunity for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to share their perspectives on these focus areas. Your input will help the County prioritize its work.

Additionally, Fairfield County is in the process of updating the County’s Zoning Ordinance, also known as the Land Management Ordinance (LMO). The last section of this survey asks for your input on regulations that will shape future development and growth patterns across Fairfield County.
