Senior Elective Drop Request
Seniors who wish to drop an elective, and who meet the pre-requisites listed below must submit this form by end of day Wednesday, Sept. 2nd.
Continue attending the class until it is dropped from your schedule; your counselor will not contact you.
If it cannot be dropped, you will be contacted.
This elective drop request form is not a schedule change request form. We will not substitute another class for the one you drop and we will not rearrange your schedule to meet any other requests.
* You must NOT currently be in or need any credit recovery in order to graduate.
* You must currently have a minimum of 18 credits completed towards graduation.
* Your attendance and behavior must be in good standing.
