The TRES Cardboard Challenge
The TRES Cardboard STEM Challenge is on! If you accept the challenge, you get to use your imagination and engineering know-how to design and build a project out of cardboard and other recycled materials. Using recycled materials such as paper towel rolls, cereal boxes, egg cartons, cardboard, and lots of tape, your imagination is the limit in your project. You can work alone, with a friend, or make it a family project. If you participated last year, try something new and different!

On Thursday, February 15, 2018, TRES will hold a Cardboard Challenge Night from 6:30 to 8 pm. Bring your finished projects to the school to display, share, and play with other participants.

Can you make an arcade game, a Rube Goldberg style contraption, a musical instrument, or
some other creative, interactive project? Will your project have moving parts, player pieces, or a puzzle to solve? Take the challenge and get creative!
