Terms and conditions
1. Weight that you receive may be +/- 3 pounds from what you ordered. And we will adjust the price accordingly. (For example if you order 3 pounds boneless roasts, you may receive 2 pounds or 4 pounds and cost will be accordingly)
2. If you are unable to pick up your meat you agree to make special arrangement at least a day before the scheduled delivery, otherwise there will be a $10 extra fee.
3. If you receive wrong items, you must notify us within 2 days so we can make alternative arrangement.
4. Must be 10 pounds or more minimum total order.
5. All communications will be via email and sometimes via phone and you agree to check and respond to them.
