ALL RATES include retreat meals for each participant. The SHARED-ROOM DISCOUNT is for TWO retreat participants per room. The GROUP PRIVATE-ROOM DISCOUNT is for a team of SIX or more from the same institution. Shared-Room and Group Private-Room invoices for the same institution must be paid in a single transaction via institutional check, money order, or credit card. EARLY SHARED-ROOM RATE: $795/person (2 participants/room).
EARLY GROUP PRIVATE-ROOM RATE: $845/person (6+ participants).
EARLY INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE-ROOM RATE: $895/person.

Indicate your preference for a hotel room that has ONE KING BED (with Sofa Sleeper, Riverside Patio), or TWO QUEEN BEDS (with Sofa Sleeper, Creekside Patio), or that has WHEELCHAIR/DISABILITY ACCESS. All rooms include a kitchenette with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Your room preference will be considered, but your final room assignment will be based on availability.

Will personal guests be sharing your PRIVATE mini-suite? ONE non-participating personal guest (e.g., spouse or friend) may share your room at no extra charge. For additional guests, the hotel charges $20 per person per night (accompanying children under 10 years old stay free). You and your guest(s) must understand that YOUR FULL PARTICIPATION IN ALL RETREAT ACTIVITIES IS REQUIRED, INCLUDING MEALTIMES. Free time has been scheduled on Friday afternoon to use however you wish.

If you are bringing any non-participating personal guests, please tell us HOW MANY and their NAMES. Also, please indicate if your guest(s) will be dining with the Retreat group. PERSONAL GUEST MEALS must be paid for in advance ($195 PER GUEST includes 5 meals, the Friday free-time snack, and the required service fee for the catering staff), DUE ON or BEFORE Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Please inform us now of your guests' special dietary needs (e.g., food allergies, vegetarian, etc.). If your guests prefer to dine on their own, each mini-suite has a refrigerator and microwave oven. Moab (17 miles away) has supermarkets and many restaurants.

If you will be sharing a mini-suite with another retreat participant, please provide the NAME OF YOUR ROOMMATE.
