9th grade - I understand my child will have the option of dropping one (1) waivered course within the first six weeks, otherwise the student will be required to stay in the course until the end of the 1st semester.
10th-12th grade - I understand my child will remain enrolled in the waivered course until the end of the first semester.
Check that you understand the following statements....
I understand there is no retesting allowed for failed tests in honors, pre-ap and AP courses. I understand I only get extra points on my GPA if I made above a 75 in any advanced course.
I understand that submitting this form is my signature on the waiver form and my authorization for the counseling office to make this change.
I understand that the last date to make changes to my schedule, including the waiver form, is June 14
