Bibliovation Response Time Report Form
We are asking libraries to fill out this form in order to determine dates, times, modules, etc. that are experiencing intermittent response time problems and short-term slowdowns. In order to provide information to LibLime about ongoing response time problems, we need libraries to report problems when they occur, and with as many details as possible.
If Bibliovation is currently unusable, please contact the Help Desk immediately (use the After Hours Support Number during evenings and weekends). Do not report urgent response time problems using this form.
Date and time of response time issue
Record the date of the problem. Please record the approximate start and end times.
What were you doing when the problem occurred?
Examples: Searching, Checkin, Checkout, Adding BSE, Adding or editing item record, Serials checkin, Adding or Editing a Patron Record, Placing a hold in staff, Placing a hold in LINKcat, etc.
Could you provide details about the problem?
Please include patron barcodes, item barcodes, bib record numbers and titles, etc. Record any Internal Server Error codes or Gateway Error numbers.
Record the amount of time it took Bibliovation to complete the task.
If possible, include an estimate for the normal amount of time needed for the task.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
