NAMI Family-to-Family Class Interest Form and One-on-One Scheduling (Oct-Dec 2022)
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions or symptoms that helps improve understanding of conditions, treatment, coping and problem-solving abilities. The Class is taught by NAMI-trained family members with lived-experience, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises. Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 5, 2022.

NAMI Family-to-Family Class will be held on Mondays from 6-8:30pm starting on October 24, 2022 and ending on December 12, 2022. Participants can only miss one of the 8 class dates to still receive a Certificate of Completion. Certificate of Completion is required if you want to become a NAMI Family-to-Family Teacher.

●  Supporting your loved one with compassion
●  Finding and using local supports and services
●  Up-to-date information on mental health conditions and how they affect the brain
●  How to handle a crisis
Current treatments and therapies
●  The impact of mental health conditions on the entire family


Confidentiality: Family-to-Family participants discuss personal and sensitive information that requires that privacy and confidentiality be upheld by all participants and facilitators. Confidentiality can only be broken if an individual is at risk of immediate danger to him or herself or others. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to respect the confidentiality of all participants.
