Twirl TEX 2025 Registration
Thank you for signing up your twirler for the 2025 Camp Twirl TEX!

After completing this form, please make sure to send payment to complete your twirler's registration. Any registrations not paid within a week of completing this form will be deleted from the system and the twirler will be required to re-register if spots are still available.

Payment can be made via PayPal (twirlatx@gmail.com), Venmo (@twirlatx), CashApp ($twirlatx), or with Cash or Check (made payable to Twirl ATX) mailed to 1808 Saline Creek Dr., Cedar Park, TX 78613. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card, please email TwirlTex@gmail.com and a Square Invoice will be emailed to you. There will be a 3% credit card fee added to any Square invoices to cover transaction costs.

I, the parent of the twirler attending the Twirl TEX 2025 program, recognizes that baton twirling can be inherently dangerous and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Twirl ATX, LLC, the Camp Directors, the Camp Instructors, & any utilized facilities and their employees from liability for including, but not limited to, any injury, accident, or lost or damaged property, that may occur during the program. I understand that the program and its activities may involve risks, and I agree to accept all risks associated with my twirler's involvement. If any medical treatment is needed for my twirler, I will assume the responsibility for the payment of any bills arising from such treatment. I, the parent of the twirler attending the Twirl TEX 2025 program, recognizes that at times things regarding the camp scheduling may change beyond the control of the Directors. I do understand that THERE WILL NOT BE REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON including change of venue, change of instructors, change of camp times, change of individual availability, etc. There are only two situations in which a refund will be issued: (1) If the camp is cancelled by the directors, or (2) a camper has proof of a positive COVID test from themselves or a family member that lives in their home during the 10 days leading up to the camp start date. *

A limited amount of private lessons will be available before and after camp each day. Private lessons will be assigned on a first requested, first scheduled basis. Please select below if your twirler would like a private lesson with one of our instructors. If you are requesting a private lesson, DO NOT include the cost of the lesson in your camp payment. You will be contacted closer to the camp date with your twirler's assigned private lesson and payment will be made once the schedule is finalized. *
