We are really excited to be back and planning this event.

We will be doing a VIP entry time for guests that purchase VIP tickets.
Doors Open at 10 am for VIP guests. Swag bags are included for guests.
**We are currently looking for SPONSORS for the event and our Community Table initiative.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR HORROR, DARK FICTION, DARK ROMANCE, DARK FANTASY AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS, BOOKISH MERCHANTS AND CRAFTERS/ARTISTS THAT ARE THEMED IN HORROR, ODDITY OR HALLOWEEN.
We are not accepting any MLM/direct sales type companies at this event.
Each 8' table is included, chairs, parking and linens are included for this event.
Need electricity? We have a very limited number of wall and booth spaces with electricity available.
Cost for a Vendor Spot:
- *Author Half Table* 4' - (this is a shared 8' table) = $75 plus tax (14 available) We cannot guarantee you will be sharing with someone you know.
- *Interior 8' Table* 8' table = $125 plus tax

- *Wall Table* 8' Foot Table - Access to electricity = $150 plus tax (19 Total - 10 left)
- *Extended Booth space* 13'x8' space, includes one 8' table. $200 plus tax (2 LEFT) You can bring additional tables, chairs and sets ups to use how you with within the space.
- *Double booth 15' x 8'. Two Tables & access to electricity = $300 plus taxes

Can you share a booth or full table? Yes. However, I will be sending the bill to only ONE of you. Add both names in the Business Name Section, add the email and name of the person that is paying the ONE invoice for the full space. I won't be breaking up invoices. Sorry.
As this is location has limited spaces we will be sending out 'acceptance emails' as they come in along with the square invoice. To guarantee your spot, please pay within 7 days. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Invoices will be sent once you have been approved. Please do not make a payment unless you receive an invoice.
We reserve the right to accept or decline application as we see fit.
Staying at the location: Guest Rooms Available Thursday through Sunday October 15 - 18 I believe.

· DISCOUNTED ROOM RATES AT THE HOTEL ARE ALMOST $50 LOWER THAN LAST YEAR

Cut Off Date
To benefit from the discounted rate all reservations must be made by September 15, 2025. The rate is available on a first come first serve basis.

dReadCon Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your table vendor spot before September 1, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 Admin fee. Any cancellations after September 1, will result in a forfeit of your table fee.
In the event that we have to adjust this date due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and you are not able to attend the new date, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 Administration fee.
