St. Michael School Christmas Extravaganza

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

COST:
$75.00 per 10' x 10' space.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Space is limited.
- Each vendor will be assigned a space.
- Only one vendor per booth.
- One application per 10' x 10' space.
- Crafters/vendors must supply their own table, tablecloths, and other supplies.
- This is an outdoor event; you are permitted to bring a 10' x 10' popup tent.
- Setup time is between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- We will only be allowing one (1) vendor per brand (i.e. Lularoe, Sensy, R+F, etc.)
- Crafters/vendors responsible for keeping area tidy during the fair and for all cleanup of their respective areas after.
- No refunds will be given for any reason.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Seller shall indemnify, defend and forever hold St. Michael Church and School, the Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii, its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims and actions for personal injury, death, property damage or legal damage which may be sustained by SELLER as a result of or in connection with SELLER’S involvement in the referenced activity, together with any loss, cost, or expense, including without limitation, court costs and attorney’s fees which St. Michael Church and School may sustain as a result thereof, including without limitation, claims by SELLER’S own employees against St. Michael Church and School.
