2016-2017 Scadding Court Mentorship Program Application Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a SCMP mentor, we are very excited for this year's program!

Scadding Court Mentorship Program is an initiative that brings together inner city children (ages 6-12) with volunteer mentors from the University of Toronto. Mentors and mentees are paired based on common interests and participate in a wide range of activities that encourage leadership, academic, and social development. You and your co-mentor will alternate on a weekly basis and meet with your mentee on Saturdays from 12pm-2pm throughout the school year (lunch is also provided for all participants)! Activities are engaging and educational; examples include field trips to the Ontario Science Centre, TIFF Kids, ice skating in Nathan Phillips Square, as well as on-site visits from the Toronto Wildlife Centre, various arts & crafts sessions, and gardening projects.

If you would like to join the program, please fill out the form below by Wednesday, October 5th, 2016. Please consider submission of this application as a commitment to the program (approximately every other Saturday throughout the school year) as we will soon begin matching two mentors for each mentee. We will notify you of the results of the matching process soon afterwards. We look forward to having you as part of SCMP 2016-2017 team!

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at sccc.mentorship@gmail.com.
***Please note that all applications are due Wednesday October 5th, 2016***

Thank you!
