Hill Country Special Needs Alliance, also known as HCSNA, is actively looking for the next generation of Board Members.  HCSNA’s mission is to help offset the enormous financial challenges faced by parents of children with special needs in the local community. This is carried out primarily by raising funds through Run the Ranch, a 5K in Steiner Ranch, and distributing the funds to families with special needs children in the community who need financial assistance for the cost of therapy, treatment and more. 

HCSNA is a working board.  Each board member will be required to make significant contributions to the planning, organizing and production of Run the Ranch especially during the months of January and February and on the first weekend in March when Run the Ranch is usually held.  All board members are expected to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to serving on the board and are required to be available for Run the Ranch planning and attendance both years. Board members also carry out assigned responsibilities and must meet meeting and event attendance requirements throughout the year.
