Would you like to receive CEU Credits? *

If you marked "Yes" to receiving 1.0 CEU credits, it is your responsibility to contact the person in charge of CEU credits for your LEA to acquire permission to do so. During the retreat, you will need to see the district Secretary, Jessica Meade, to give her your Social Security number and to receive your Certificate of Attendance. ADDENDUM: For those needing CEUs, we will have 1.0 CEU available for those who attend ALL sessions. If their LEA needs more data for a full CEU credit, members may provide a reflective, follow up to the retreat on the sessions they attended and how it will impact their classroom this school year ("homework" in other words). This will be for some counties who are being real sticklers for the full CEU credit. This addendum should cover any concerns about a full CEU.
