FBF 2017 Amigurumi Auction Donor Form

Thank you for considering donating one (or more) of your crochet or knit items to our online fundraising auction to benefit this wonderful project. Please read the following information closely to see if this donation process is a good fit for you.

AUCTION DATES:
October 16th and 17th, 2017. Auction bidding will be open to the public from Monday, October 16, 2017 at 9:00 AM CDT through Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 8:00 PM CDT.

PROCEDURES:
1. FORM - Fill out this form for each item you would like to donate (one form per item or set of items). If you would like to donate more than one item, please fill out a new form for each item donation.
2. PHOTOS - Submit at least 2 photos of each item for submission. Please submit your item photos to FBFdolls@gmail.com by the end of the business day on Friday, October 6, 2017. If you prefer that we take the photos for you please email us at FBFdolls@gmail.com to ask about this option. Items will need to be delivered to FBF no later than October 1st.
3. NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE - Vendors will be notified via email if item(s) are accepted (see below for acceptable items).
4. LISTING - Accepted items will be listed on our auction site from October 9, 2017, through October 15, 2017, with each photo listing the vendor/donor and their website or URL provided by the vendor.
5. BIDDING - Bidding will be open to the public from Monday, October 16, 2017, at 9:00AM CDT through Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 8:00PM CDT. Auction winners will be notified of their winning item within 24 hours of end of auction and will be expected to pay within 48 hours or by Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 11:59 PM CDT. Once payment is received and processed, donors will be notified via email to ship the item(s).
6. SHIPPING - Vendors are responsible for shipping item(s) directly to the auction winner. Vendors must ship all PRE-MADE items within 72 hours of receiving a confirmation email from FBF that the item was sold and paid in full. CUSTOM-MADE items should be completed and shipped within the allocated time on voucher. Once you ship your item(s), you will need to fill out an "ITEM SHIPPED" completion form given via email at that time. Vendors will be given the option to have their shipping fees reimbursed by FBF ($10 maximum per item(s) shipped). Reimbursements can only be made via PayPal.

ACCEPTABLE DONATED ITEMS:
1. Items must be handmade; crochet or knit
2. Acceptable items include amigurumi (crochet) or mochimochi (knit) items such as dolls, stuffed animals, and other stuffed creatures/characters. Other crocheted and knit items will be accepted such as blankets, hats, scarves etc. Please keep in mind of trending items that will be most appreciated by a wider audience and items that are considered more outdated will not be accepted. Please be aware of any copyrighted patterns not intended for auction use.
3. Photos submitted should be clear, clean (free of clutter and distracting items), and of high quality. If an item has a more professional-looking photos, people are more willing and apt to bid.
4. Watermarked photos are allowed, but please be sure it is done in a professional way. One color logo with some opacity is best. Too much watermark distracts from the item and discourages bids.
5. Vouchers are only accepted when the completed item will be a custom amigurumi doll that looks like the person for which it is intended. A photo of the voucher must be submitted and include the necessary information requested below to be accepted.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS:
A voucher will be created as representation of your donation in the auction. Please see sample in the form below. If you are donating a custom made item, please be sure to answer the VOUCHER questions below AND email us the following information to FBFdolls@gmail.com:
1. Two sample photos of your work.
2. A high-quality image of your business logo, if you would like it included.
