The Longest Day - Volunteer Application

Thank you for volunteering for The Longest Day Festival!
By completing this form you are confirming your interest in volunteering. This is a smaller festival with about 35 volunteer positions, and roles will be filled in the order applications are received. 

Most volunteer roles require between 10 and 16 hours, in multiple shifts, and in reward you gain access to the festival, a camping pass, and meals during the festival.

Once your role is confirmed we will send you a volunteer waiver, code of conduct, and shift details.

This form also helps us organize scheduling, meals, and volunteer support so you can have a great experience at the festival.

Meals are provided between Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast (unless you have early or late volunteer shifts). There will be a vegan option, meat option, and the whole menu is gluten free.  *
Accessibility Needs
The festival is an outdoor venue. In addition to many beautiful trees and lots of shade, it includes a few hills, long grass, some bumpy ground, etc. If you have any concerns about your health and safety, please email volunteer@oldhatarts.ca. If you would like to share accessibility requirements, requests, or suggestions, you are welcome to include them here.
