The College of Education at Sam Houston State University, in cooperation with the SHSU Alumni Association is excited to ask for your nomination for these prestigious awards.This year's recipients will be chosen from the following categories:
Distinguished Educator of the Year: These awards recognize and honor alumni educators who have made a significant contribution to the field of education. Nominees must be an SHSU College of Education alum and have demonstrated expertise and outstanding service in their classroom, school, district or community. Self-nominations are welcome.
Friend of Education: These awards recognize and honor individuals and businesses who have made a significant contribution to education.
Nominations close October 16.
