Once your request form has been received we will aim to contact you via the email address provided within 24-48 hours to confirm availability. An invoice containing terms of purchase, product information and payment details will be provided once availability has been confirmed.

All bouquets contain 3-6 designs, depending on size of bouquet, and contain a mix of larger and smaller flowers.

All fillings are free of charge. 
Our standard combinations are:
- Strawberry Jam (with Vanilla Cakes)
- Salted Caramel Sauce (with Salted Caramel Cakes)
- Lemon Curd (with Lemon Cakes)
- Chocolate Sauce (with Chocolate Cakes)

If a fondant topper is required please state text/message required in comments below. Please note text is limited due to size. Standard size will cover the top of a cupcake (6cm). Mini size can fit initials or numbers (2cm). Sizes are approximate.

If we cannot accommodate the time slot requested we will try and offer an alternative time. Other collection times may be available on request.
Requested Payment Option: *
All orders have two payment options available:

Option 1: 25% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before collection/delivery. You will receive 2 payment requests - one for the deposit and one for the remaining balance. Payment requests may be sent on the same date depending on the time between the order request and the collection/delivery date.

Option 2: Full payment upfront (25% of this payment acts as a deposit and is non-refundable).

Please note - Option 2 is the only payment option available for orders placed 14 days or less before collection/delivery.

All payments become non refundable from 14 days before collection/delivery.

Payment Type: *

Bank Transfer: Our business bank transfer details will be provided to you via email.

Card Payment: An invoice from SumUp will be sent containing a link to pay via credit/debit card.

Payment (deposit or full) is required before your order is confirmed. We request your initial payment is made within 48 hours of any invoice & payment details being provided. If payment is not received within this time frame we cannot guarantee availability. Failure to pay any outstanding balance by its due date, after a deposit has been made, will result in the order being cancelled.

Terms of purchase and product information will be sent alongside your invoice. Payment is agreeing to these terms, so we strongly recommend checking the details before any payment is made.

Orders containing multiple dietary requirements/multiple product types may incur a surcharge of up to 10%. This will be clearly stated on your invoice if this charge is necessary.

Any details provided on this form will only be retained by us for the purpose of supplying your order. Once your order has been fulfilled this form and all its details will be deleted.
