BioInfoTech is offering a course titled " Biopython Applications In Bioinformatics". In this course, we will discuss basic concepts of bioinformatics and their implementation in biopython.

* Two parts : (a) Bioinformatics for beginners and (b)  Biopython Implementation
* Total 4 weeks and 8 Lectures
* Lecture class on Sunday and Thursday

                          Introduction to databases [NCBI, PDB, UniProt]
    Lecture 2:     Introduction to python
                          Introduction to biopython and Installation of biopython

Week 2:
    Lecture 1:    Sequence alignment theory
                          Sequence alignment with BLAST
    Lecture 2:    Sequence alignment in biopython

Week 3:
    Lecture 1:    Protein structure prediction
    Lecture 2:    Analyzing protein sequence in biopython

Week 4:
    Lecture 1:    Theory of phylogenetic tree
    Lecture 2:    Phylogenetic tree in biopython
