Group Reservation Form 2018-2019
Please complete the form below with your desired preferences. Once your form is submitted a Happy Hollow group reservations representative will call you to confirm the details of your event, answer any questions you may have, and process payment for your area rental. You will receive an email confirming the details for your visit once all required forms are completed and signed. Reservations are made Monday through Friday 10 am to 3:30 pm. Your group must pay on the day of your visit; no pre-payments will be accepted. Tickets are non-refundable; and all group members must be present and all group members must enter the park together. All chaperones must pay with the group to guarantee the $9.25 group rate. Chaperones who purchase their tickets separately will be charged the General Admission rate of $14.25. Payment Types accepted: Check, Credit Card or Cash (Large bills only)
