Group Reservation Form
Please complete the form below with your desired preferences. Once your form is submitted a Happy Hollow group reservations representative will call you to confirm the details of your event, answer any questions you may have, and process payment for your area rental. You will receive an email confirming the details for your visit once all required forms are completed and signed. Reservations are made Monday through Friday 10 am to 3:30 pm. Your group must pay on the day of your visit; no pre-payments will be accepted. Tickets are non-refundable; and all group members must be present and all group members must enter the park together. All chaperones must pay with the group to guarantee the $9.25 group rate. Chaperones who purchase their tickets separately will be charged the General Admission rate of $14.25. Payment Types accepted: Check, Credit Card or Cash (Large bills only)

Picnic Area Rental
Your group must have an affiliation with one of the following organizations: school (public, charter, home, or private); Preschool (federal, state, or private); School District; county office of education; child care facility; camp program, or a non profit children's organization.

Picnic area rentals are available Monday – Friday, and are assigned based on your group size the day of your visit. Area reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and require payment at the time of booking.

This reservation will book an all-day private picnic area. A HHP&Z team member will contact you for payment

Field Trip/Group parking is located in the East Parking lot at 748 Story Road (Story Road & Remillard Court). Group parking rate is available Monday through Friday only, and is $6.00 per vehicle. Bus parking is FREE. A separate email with the parking discount code will be sent to you, which you can then distribute to your teachers and chaperones coming by car. It is the group coordinator’s responsibility to distribute codes to parents and chaperones. There are no refunds on parking for those who pay the general $10 parking fee. *

Please keep in mind that if your group chooses a designated meeting point before exiting, it must be located outside the park. (i.e: in the entrance plaza, or parking lot). Groups are not permitted to block any paths/sidewalks when exiting. Please be considerate to our other guests by exiting in an organized manner. *

Chaperones must supervise all children for the entire duration of their visit. We ask all guests to respect the plants, nature and all the animals in our park and zoo. We recommend group hosts retrieve all chaperones' phone numbers before your date of visit. Name tags should be self-adhesive, and not secured by yarn, string, pins, or any other metal objects. We recommend the cell phone number of the group leader be available on all name tags.Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times for guest safety. *

Coolers of any type, (including rolling coolers) as well as rolling backpacks, carts, or wagons are not permitted in the park, unless you have purchased one of our Picnic Areas for $75. Commercially prepared foods (i.e. KFC, McDonald's, etc.) are not permitted in the park. Individual brown bag lunches are allowed. Please direct your group to carry lunches in their bags or backpacks. Feeding animals (with the exception of pelleted food that can be purchased for the petting zoo animals) is strictly prohibited at all times for the health and safety of our animals. Due to space limitations and health regulations, Happy Hollow Park & Zoo CANNOT store or refrigerate any food items. Radios/other sound equipment, alcoholic beverages, tricycles, scooters, roller or shoe skates, sports equipment, or pets are not allowed at HHP&Z. *
