TTT Private Request Form 2025

Parents - it is your responsibility to make sure your Gym Account and TPA Account (if team) are current prior to requesting private. Request will be denied if either TPA or Gym accounts are not current. All requests are to be submitted by Tuesday for the following week. Mrs. Cheryl will do final approvals on Wednesdays for the following week. Exceptions for privates not being entered on time will not be made. Requests must be with primary coach unless referred to another.

Forms received after the 20th of the month will not be approved until the following month's tuition has been paid. By submitting you are giving permission for it to be run early to be approved.
