Catholic Heart Work Camp
Catholic HEART Workcamp is about service, connection and loving others. CHWC provides parish youth groups, teens and adult leaders service opportunities to restore homes and hearts, feed the hungry, lift the spirits of children, bring joy to the elderly and disabled and offer assistance while partnering with social agencies. Each Workcamp is equipped with a summer staff, director, manager, musician, nurse and priests to celebrate mass/confession. It is a youth friendly Christ centered Week of caring for others. Catholic HEART Workcamp faithfully and enthusiastically serves the Roman Catholic Church and its teachings and is an excellent opportunity to “love the least of these”.

COVID CONCERNS
We know camp is going to look different in 2021, and the specific details will continue to be developed and decided over the next few months. If camp needs to be cancelled due to COVID, it will be cancelled before March 1st and all money paid will be refunded. No money fundraised will be refunded, only money paid out of pocket. Money fundraised will be applied to future camps or parish events. Daily temperatures will be taken. Campers will not be able to participate if they have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days. Work projects will be predominantly outdoors. Extra sanitizing stations will be set up around the facilities. All common areas will be cleaned before and after use. Youth groups will stay together for service projects. If camp needs to be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
