Through the volunteer incentive programme, you will be eligible for a rebate of $30 at the end of the Winter season.

We emphasise the importance of members' assistance to help us run a successful Club. Without members’ assistance, the Committee simply cannot keep running peak events and maintaining a highly successful Club.

There will be only one position available to Volunteer for in Winter, which is Team Captain of each Senior team.

Please pay your appropriate subscriptions as indicated under Membership Fees on the Seacliff Tennis Club website and rebates will be provided as indicated above.

Team Captain Duties

The role of the Team Captain of each team needs to change to make it easier for the Senior Winter Co-ordinator. Below is what is expected of a Captain.

Organise and fill team every week, this includes finding your own reserves. We are intending on creating a reserves list with UTR’s and contact details. After that is exhausted then the Winter co-ordinator can be contacted.
Ensure all team members know venue and time of match
Enter score on to score sheet, and send to Winter Co-ordinator so they can double check result and add reserves etc.
Inform Winter Co-ordinator of team members and lineup for each week’s play by Wednesday night
