What is Carnaval de La Lune?

Carnaval de la Lune is a themed immersive shopping and photo op experience. Think spooky vintage carnival vibes meets Robert-Houdin with a dash of sideshow. You can expect to see a themed marketplace, photo ops, sideshow performers, carnival games, and immersive acts.

What types of vendors/items are you seeking?

This is a highly curated event to keep in theme. Some examples of what we are looking for : Spooky Artwork, Oddities, Magical Wares, Handcrafted Items, Jewelry, Vintage Circus, 20's era inspired items, and more. Please do not hesitate to apply even if you do not see your shop commodity listed above.

Is this a ticketed event?

Yes, Carnaval de la Lune is a ticketed event. There will be General Admission and VIP options available. Tickets begin at $25 for GA. Our 2021 installment of Carnaval de la Lune was completely sold out. We are expecting a larger turnout this year and will begin ticket sales later this month.

I have a credit for a Night Market event, can this be transferred to Carnaval de la Lune?

Unfortunately we are unable to transfer credits to Carnaval de la Lune. You are able to utilize your Night Market credit for any other Night Market event.

Booth Information: 10x10 ($200) / 6x6 ($160) Limited
* One vendor per booth - as this is a curated marketplace, we need to ensure every vendor has been approved.
*Please note: You will need to provide your own table, chairs, canopies, table covers, etc.
* Any fixtures relating to your booth must fit within the allotted space. We have mapped out the booths to have enough distance on each side to maintain social distancing and safety for guests and vendors.
* Electricity: We will be providing multiple power strips around the perimeter of the market. If you would like lighting to showcase your products, we would absolutely encourage you to bring additional lighting for your booth (and an extension cord) Please clearly mark your belongings.
* Sanitizer! We do encourage you to have one at your booth for your safety.
* Please note: vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event of a postponement or cancellation outside of our control, you will be able to move to a future date.
