FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION - 2025
Thank you for your interest in being a FOOD VENDOR at LEVITATE MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL 2025. We appreciate your interest and are honored by your willingness to apply. Please note, we do not respond individually to inquiries about requests for applications nor do we give updates regarding your application status. 

Accepted vendors are notified starting BEFORE or BY May 1st, 2025. Any vendor that does not receive an acceptance letter/email by May 2nd, 2025 should consider themselves on the waitlist. 

If you've emailed us with a query not pertaining to the vendor program, we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

How we select our vendors:

The Levitate food vendor line-up is curated to not only create an exquisite experience...but also to offer high-quality ingredients that are made safely and with love. We thoughtfully select our vendors to fit our grassroots vibe and choose food vendors with customized menus that excite our appetite ...served by a team of top performing staff. We want our patrons to walk away know they had an exceptional and hospitable experience. We strive and prioritize vendors originating from New England when possible.

In addition to offering quality dishes, Levitate vendors MUST operate from a clean, prepared, and permitted tent/truck/trailer space from start to finish. Carefully read over the below details regarding our cost, expectations & restrictions prior to applying to be a vendor at LEVITATE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2025.

Applications must be fully completed in order to be considered. 
Participation requires adherence to Levitate policies, the full details of which will be included in your vending contract if your application is accepted. 

POLICIES:

- Vendors may be required to sell products by our sponsors, purchased by vendor at wholesale cost. 

- Vendors are not permitted to serve beer, wine, or any alcoholic beverages.
 
- Vendors must have ServSafe and Allergen certificates valid through the festival dates.

- All food service products used by vendors at LMF must be compostable. This includes knives, forks, plates, cups, bowls, straws, etc. No plastic bags, no single use plastic bottles. 

- LEVITATE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2025 is a rain or shine event. No refunds, no exceptions. 

* In the event of postponement, vendors will automatically receive placement in the new event dates. In the event of postponement and the vendor is NOT able to attend new dates, if reasonable time is provided to LMF for LMF to replace vendor, then LMF will work with vendor to refund any and all fees. Vendors are required to operate both days of the event. Complete vending information will be shared with approved applicants upon acceptance.

NEW PRICING!

The 2025 Levitate Music and Arts Festival FOOD VENDOR 2-DAY COSTS are FLAT FEES for your tent/truck space. You should apply as 1 of the following: 

FOOD VENDOR SPACE COST: (choices)
  • 10' of frontage: $3000
  • 20' of frontage: $6000
  • 30' of frontage: $9000
  • 40' of frontage: $12,000
  • Food Truck/Trailer (0ft-25ft): $6500 (FLAT)
30' of TOTAL depth is provided:

-> 10' for sales tent/truck
-> 10' for BOH prep OR refrigeration
-> 10' for fire lane 

Additional costs will accrue if additional depth is needed, based on availability.

Food truck vending space is a FLAT FEE of $6,500 for up to 25 ft. Additional cost will be added if trucks exceed 25 ft. 

FEES include vending space, vendor wristbands (based on operational staffing needs), 1 parking pass. 

IF ACCEPTED - A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON ACCEPTANCE. The balance of the guarantee, plus additional fees for power, water, trash, permits and premium space must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the festival. 

PAYMENT:
Payment is required in full to reserve your spot as a vendor and must be paid prior to the event. Pay by ACH or by credit card (subject to an additional 3% fee for credit card transactions). If payment is not received on time your spot cannot be guaranteed.

REVIEW PROCESS:
Waitlist vendors will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and notified ASAP in the event that a space becomes available.

I understand I will be required to provide Levitate Music Festival with a copy of my Certificate of Insurance naming Levitate Music Festival LLC as additionally insured. If I do not have my own insurance I  understand that I will be required to be added to the Levitate Music Festival insurance policy for an additional fee of $150. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Levitate Music Festival LLC for any claims resulting from any activities or occurrence within my designated vendor space or resulting in any way from my participation in this event, within my space or not.
