We are excited to have you fill out this form for Northgate Alumni that should be in our Northgate Athletic Hall of Fame. Any nominee must be at least 4 years out of high school,  must have earned exemplary honors in their sport(s) such as All-American, All-State, All Conference, All-League, League MVP or Captain, etc  and have represented Northgate Athletics in an exemplary way. After receiving all nominees a group consisting of current and former staff will meet and look over the candiates.
