IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Based on the current situation with covid-19, we want to assure you that we will be diligently following the advice of public health resources to navigate any updates required and ensure the utmost health and safety of our athletes.

In this case, we have revised our program offering to include at home workouts, until it is safe to resume in person. Given the unique circumstances, we have significantly reduced our program costs and increased our offerings from 16 to 18 weeks with additional yoga sessions and individualized consultation for the specific needs of each athlete.

By kicking off our program one month early, our goal is to offer further support, certainty and a sense of community to our athletes and their families, when they need us most.
