Hi, and thank you for your interest in being tattooed by me!
Please read this form in it's entirety and fill out all the needed information before submitting your request.

Booking:
The typical wait time to get an appointment with me is somewhere between 2-4 months (depending on the projects I have going at the time).
I also do not book everyone who emails me at once, so its common to have a bit of a wait before hearing back. Please be assured you will be booked in the order your request was received.

Deposits:
A $100 deposit is due when your appointment is booked. Deposits are non refundable but can be moved to different dates as long as no less than 48 hour notice is given that you need to reschedule. The deposit is subtracted from the total cost of the tattoo. In the case of a multi-session tattoo, it will be subtracted from the final session.

Rates:
My rate is $250/hr. with a 2.5 hour minimum ($500). As a general rule of thumb, something hand size usually falls in the 2-3 hour time frame.

Appointment days/time:
Wednesdays - Saturdays with a start time of 9am or 1pm.

Payment options:
Venmo or cash.
