I understand and agree, by my signature below, that this Release will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving and forever relinquishing any and all action or causes of action that I may have or may have had, whether past present or future , whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my participation in participating in The Easter Egg Hunt or any other related activities for  Lou's Helping Hand Foundation and Jomaniam LLC. This Release constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against  Lou's Helping Hand Foundation, Jomaniam LLC, and it officers, agents, volunteers or employees.
I understand and agree that this Release applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, which I may suffer, even if caused by the acts or omissions of others. I understand and agree that this Release will be binding on my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children, any guardians ad litem and me for said children. I understand that if I were to file a lawsuit against any of the above named entities, or any of their officers, agents or employees as a result of any personal injury or property damage suffered by me while participating that this Release would operate to bar that lawsuit and that the lawsuit would be dismissed by the court on the grounds that I have expressly assumed the risks associated with participation, I understand and agree that by signing this Release, I am agreeing to release, indemnify and hold Lou's Helping Hand Foundation & Jomaniam LLC and their officers, agents, volunteers and employees harmless from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees associated with or arising from my participation.
I understand and agree that if I am signing this Release on behalf of my minor child, that I will be giving up the same rights for said minor, as I would be giving up if I sign this document on my own behalf.
The undersigned further expressly agrees that the forgoing Release and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of New York and that if any portion therof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect. I acknowledge that I have read this Release Agreement and Indemnity Agreement and that I understate the words and language in it. I have knowledge of and familiarity with the potential dangers incidental to participating with Lou's Helping Hand Foundation and Jomaniam LLC. Any and all questions I had about potential risks and dangers and the effect of this Release and Indemnity Agreement have been answered to my satisfaction.
