2025 MAYA Summer Retreat

Please fill out the following registration form no later than Monday, May 30, 2025 to ensure your place at the summer retreat from June 13, 2025 to June 15, 2025 in Warren, MI, hosted by Our Lady of Redemption.

The retreat fee is $200 and includes meals and MAYA dues. The retreat fee DOES NOT INCLUDE the hotel cost. Members are responsible for reserving their own rooms at The Holiday Inn & Suites located at 30000 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093.

Booking can be completed one of two ways: You can call the hotel directly at 586-573-7600 and make the reservation with one of their front desk associates. Please make sure to mention your affiliation with Melkite Association of Young Adults Church Retreat June 2025. Or, you can book online using this link:

Please coordinate with fellow MAYA members in choosing your roommates and booking together. There is a block of both single bed and double bed rooms on hold until June 1, 2025, at a group rate of $129.00 a night (not including taxes/fees). Please reach out to a MAYA Board member if you need assistance to find a roommate. We will do our best to find you roommate(s) and help reduce the cost of the hotel by having roommates to split the nightly hotel rate with. If you would prefer a room to yourself, please note that you be responsible for the full nightly rate of the room per night. Once you have reserved your room please email the MAYA Board at petersabak1@gmail.com AND samiashaheen97@gmail.com to confirm your reservation and selected roommates (if any).

All payments for the retreat fees should be transmitted via cash, Zelle, or a check made out to Peter Sabak and delivered to 17870 Maple Hill Dr. Northville, MI 48168. If you are not able to complete payment through any of these methods, please contact petersabak1@gmail.com to make alternative arrangements for payment. If a financial barrier is the only obstacle impacting your attendance, please contact samiashaheen97@gmail.com as soon as possible.
