Session 1- Schools: 8:45 Registration, 9:00 Coaches Meeting, 9:15 Bowling Starts
Session 2 & 3- Adults (22 and over*) 11:30 Registration, 11:45 Coaches Meeting, 12:00 Session 2 Bowling Starts, 1:30 Estimated Start of Session 3. Cleanup- 3:00-3:30
*If your agency has adult athletes in the 16-21 age group they will bowl in Session 2 or 3 with your Agency
To register Athletes in your delegation for 10 Pin Bowling, complete the form below by providing each athlete's event and qualifying score. This registration form will allow you to register 10 athletes at a time. Delegations that are larger than 10 athletes will be required to submit this form again (there will be a link to "Submit another Response" once you submit this form). Delegations are required to provide qualifying scores for all events their athletes compete in. Qualifying scores should be obtained by completing the required training and will be used to properly division events by age and ability.
You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
o HOD Name/Email
o Bowling Certified Head Coach Name/Email
o Athlete: Gender, Date of Birth, Event and Qualifying Score
At anytime during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section. Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD will receive an email (to the email provided) with a PDF confirmation of you what was submitted. Athletes must have a current Athlete Medical and Consent/Release on file with SOMaine prior to October 9th in order to be properly registered for this event. To check on your athletes medical and consent information contact Lauren Lessard, at
. Blank Athlete Medical and Release forms can be downloaded from the State Website at
. Medicals remain current for three years and the release is good forever (or until updated). The Release form was recently update in 2017. Any athlete with a Release form signed prior to January 1st, 2017 must submit a new updated consent.
