Terms and Conditions for Free Day Pass Raffle

  1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to attendees of the Eco Eats and Beats Festival who complete the entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  2. Entry Period: The raffle entry period is only open on Sunday 10th November 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

  3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random and notified via email or phone within 3 days after the closing date.

  4. Prize: The prize is one (1) free day pass to Niche Cowork. There are three (3) day passes in the raffle. The day pass grants the winner access to Niche Cowork for a full business day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). You will have your own dedicated desk and access to the Meeting Room, Welcome Lounge and other amenities. 

  5. Pass Validity: The day pass must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the pass will expire and cannot be redeemed.

  6. Non-Transferable: The day pass is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  7. Use of Information: By entering the raffle, participants agree to receive communications from Niche Cowork. You may opt-out at any time.

  8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and in accordance with Niche Cowork’s privacy policy.

  9. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
