Tables are $25 each, non-refundable, and due no later than January 15th. I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, or PayPal messenger ONLY. No personal checks or money orders. Please indicate how you intend to pay:
We are requesting a basket donation from each vendor with a minimum value of $15. Do you understand that a donation basket will be required?
We need a picture and description of your basket no later than November 15th so that I can create auction sheets for them. Please indicate how you will send the information:

Please cover your table with a tablecloth. If you need one, please let me know. The tables are 6’ long and two chairs are provided.
Please keep aisles clear and trash picked up. You are expected to clean your station before leaving. A large mess will incur a $25 cleaning fee.
Friends and family are encouraged and welcome to join the festivities. As this is a family event we ask that those who may be members of the attached bar to please refrain from partaking of alcoholic beverages on the venue floor. Refusal to abide by this rule will result in you being asked to leave.
Please be considerate of other vendors and do not block line of sight of their tables. If you have a large display that goes behind you and is raised, please request your back to a wall. Thank you for thinking of everyone in this matter.
