Undocumented Community Resource Fair is a free event that supports Chicagoland undocumented workers, activists, dreamers and their families by providing access to vital information and resources and celebrating their many accomplishments. As part of this event we are creating a panel on the topic of best methods and creative imagining for supporting the undocumented community. We are seeking activists, community organizers, dreamers, families, and any individuals who feel comfortable and qualified to speak about this topic.
To be considered for inclusion on the panel, fill out this form by Wednesday, June 6. All submitted information will be kept confidential. You will be notified with a decision by Friday, June 8. The exact time of the panel will be determined after individuals have been selected, but know that the duration of the panel will be 45 mins - 1 hour and it will take place sometime during the 12 - 4 pm window of the event.
Undocumented Community Resource Fair is co-organized by Gallery 400 at UIC and a growing list of partners including artist Yvette Mayorga, Las Topo Chicas, Undocumented Projects, and Latinos Progresando.
