This working management knowledge will equip SCM personnel with the necessary skills to coordinate overall tasks in getting the supply/procurement organization targets achieved. Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to: Explain the working management basics, tools, and skills which support the personnel completing the tasks. Win Sukardi used to be Vice President of Support & Services (SCM, ICT, and General Services) in a leading geothermal producer in Indonesia since 2015 until 2018. He is also a Lecturer at Industrial Engineering at Faculty in Swiss German University. Win Sukardi has 21 years’ experience as a trainer and consultant.

Win Sukardi has bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University. He took master degree in Petroleum Engineering from Tulsa University, and master of business law from Gajah Mada University. He also took double degree in Master of Management from Swiss German University and Master of Business Administration from Konstanz University.
